SignalWithin

01 / The record

Currently in development

Clinical intelligence for life with autoimmune and chronic illness.

You already carry the record.

What changed, when, and what followed. SignalWithin is being built to hold that record for you — to keep it, notice what repeats, and turn it into something a clinician can read before the appointment starts.

Observation

Three flares were marked in this window: Jun 27, Jul 25, and Aug 19. In the one to three days before each, sleep was shorter — averaging 6.0 hours against a baseline of 7.0. CRP has risen across the three values recorded, 4.1, 6.4, and 11.2 mg/L; the latest is 55% above this record’s average. Three flares are enough to watch this, not enough to conclude. Noted for the next appointment.

02 / Capture

Capture what happened.

Symptoms, sleep, medications, labs, and the events between them — kept as one continuous record. Anything you take or try has a place in it.

03 / Understand

Understand what repeats.

Over time the record may begin to show its shape: which symptoms travel together, what has come before past flares, what held steady through a medication change. Each observation is stated with the confidence the data supports, and no more.

04 / Communicate

Communicate what changed.

Before an appointment, the record can become a short report for your clinician: what changed, since when, and what is worth asking about. Your pattern, in clinical language, in your hands.

05 / Connect

Connect the people who matter.

A record is easier to carry when the right people can read it. SignalWithin is being built so that you decide who those people are — your clinician, a partner or parent, someone who helps with the day-to-day — and what each of them sees. Sharing will be yours to give, and yours to take back.
